Tony brings a wealth of experience to his clients. He has been involved with a number of significant construction and remodeling jobs, which allows him to look at properties with a more discriminating eye than many other real estate agents. And since many people start their home search online, Tony’s twenty-plus years as an advertising photographer is an added value for his clients. You can take comfort knowing he will ensure your listing includes photos that will make people schedule a showing as soon as possible.
As a way to stay on top of current trends and be the expert he strives to be for the benefit of his clients, Tony attends over 160 hours of training per year. This includes industry seminars and trainings, technology trainings, mastermind groups, and consulting with knowledgeable real estate advisors. His commitment, knowledge, problem-solving ability, and experience enable him to successfully negotiate and advocate for his clients, while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. Not only does Tony attend training by others, he teaches real estate colleagues and the public in personal self-defense.
Tony has lived in Indiana since he was a child and in the Indianapolis area since 1988. He and his wife, Susan, live in Zionsville, Indiana. Both of them are music enthusiasts, and big supporters of local musicians. They regularly attend concerts throughout the Indianapolis area. So don’t be surprised if you see them at one of our local music venues. Tony is also a guitar player although it’s a well-known secret that he only plays for his own enjoyment!
